Products
- Premium Brazilian Virgin Hair Bundles & HD Lace Products
- Carefully inspected before dispatch for quality & accuracy
- Texture, colour & length may vary slightly due to nature of virgin hair
Orders
- Orders to be placed via website
- Orders are confirmed once checkout payment is completed, including payments made through Clearpay, Klarna or approved AKOTO Hair payments
- AKOTO Hair reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order
Payments
- All payments must be successfully authorised or received in full before an order can be processed
- Accepted payment methods will be shared during checkout
- Prices listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
Processing & Delivery
- Orders processed after payment is received
- Delivery takes 7–14 business days
- Tracking provided once dispatched
- Delays by couriers are not our responsibility
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene reasons, no returns, refunds or exchanges once opened/installed
- Report issues within 24 hours with photo evidence
Hair Care
- Use sulfate‑free products to prevent dryness and preserve softness
- Avoid excessive heat — always use a heat protectant when styling
- Store hair properly in a silk bag or bonnet when not in use to prevent friction and tangling
- Brush gently using a wide‑tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the ends and working upward
- Hydrate regularly with a light conditioner‑water mix or wig detangler spray
- Avoid heavy oils as they can weigh the hair down and cause buildup
- Brush before washing to prevent matting and shedding.
Liability
- AKOTO Hair not responsible for: Improper installation • Third-party damage • Incorrect care/maintenance
